    perhaps because i'm not familiar with this particular poker game but i thought your opponent at 7:00 had a full house busting your flush? you did not have a straight flush

      in plo4, you can only use 2/4 of your cards and 3/5 of the community cards to make the best hand, so his aces didn't mean anything when he had top set

    Pretty sure playing top set aggressively on mono flops is reflected in solvers. It's counterintuitive but helps you on paired runouts and has massive equity vs lower sets and getting small to medium flushes to fold is great.

    Hey luk 2 questions- your br is 3.5k and you are playing plo100 ? I am stuck at micro stake without any progress no losing no winning will it help if i move little up right now i am playing $2 i want to move up to 10, will it help? Btw I watch every of your video much love!

    • @LuukBotter86
      @LuukBotter86  Рік тому +1

      Hey Aman!
      1. My bankroll is not 3,5k (I have more money available for playing online poker). This is just whats available on GGPoker at the moment of recording.
      2. I would try to move up as fast as possible from the absolute lowest stakes yes. Reason is that the rake is very high in those games and that the monetary reward is very low. What I mean is if you are purely in it for learning the rules and trying out the game its fine imo. But if you become more serious about the game I would play for a bit more money and try to get some outside money into the game. Playing for a bit more money than only $2 or $10 gives you a huge boost in motivation and you will right a way "try harder" to win. I would think about your vision and create a plan accordingly. What is it you want to accomplish? Who is it you want to become? Zoom out a bit first and than make the right decisions based on your bigger goals.
      Thanks for the kind words and the great support! Lets crush it!

    i like the raise at 9:23. It may not be standard with your specific hand, but the fact alone that with his sizing he wont be able to get in all the money on the river tellös me he probably doesnt have a full house the majority of the time. I thinks players will be super flush heavy in this spot.

    • @trollking6206
      @trollking6206 Рік тому +1

      @LuukBotter86 what I mean, is do you really think betting $21 in that spot is right, bc he's not even making an equity mistake. If you bet $40 or something, at least then he is not getting the proper odds to call

    • @StanleyBetsPot
      @StanleyBetsPot Рік тому +1

      You want to go geometric sizing when small to force him to pay off as wide as possible or full pot to deny equity to sets / apply max pressure with a bare Ace.
