Yeah for me I just found out that the store where I was buying from didn’t accept a regular banking card but only a debit or creditcard. So initially I wanted to use Apple Pay and use a banking card but it declined because of the reason that the store only accepted a debit or credit card. I dont have a credit card so I quickly registered at Revolut and got a Free virtual debit card. I then moved my money from the bank onto the virtual debit card and paid with that. That’s what worked for me. So please look at if the store accepts the payment method you want to use and otherwise try a debit card (which you can get inmediatly for Free at Revolut)
@@josephjoe3073 None but it did help me so I was having trouble buying cod points lol, but then I went to apple id and search for media and purchases and account settings scroll down and find purchase history and I had like a bill or something and if that doesn’t work go to payment&shipping and edit your payment methods maybe u have one that has a problem just delete that payment method

I came for the same issue- I tried to download apple support and it prompted me to add a new debit card and that fixed the issue.
