Designed for all TIG/GTAW weld joint configurations (protruding, flush, recessed…). The welding head is equipped with a pneumatic clamping/centring system.
Compact construction: Reduced volume and weight of the welding heads allow easy handling, even in the case of confined access
Ergonomic design: Remote control buttons for clamping and welding operations are integrated into the two handles
Improved productivity: One single operator can work with several of the orbital welding heads simultaneously
Automatic functions: Even the welding heads with standard configuration come equipped with appropriate AVC devices
Simple adjustments: Simplified mechanical adjustments, especially of the wire guide, allow fast set up of the equipment
Precise wire feeding: The rotating on-board wire feeder stands for uniform wire feeding and a precise impact on the weld puddle
Tube-to-tube-sheet orbital weld heads - Designed to enable the welding of boiler tubes fitted to tube sheets in heat exchangers with the highest precision and reproducible quality.
