You are definitely paying more for the area than the house! Because it's more of a fluently white neighborhood! I'm black and from Birmingham Alabama and have lived here all my life! And you can definitely find that same house much cheaper in other areas! Sad how people are still so racist and divided!

Thanks for commenting though I'm not sure what the relevancy was? The house is actually underpriced for the neighborhood. As you may know, location matters everywhere. This same house on the beach of Gulf Shores will cost quadruple. People buy areas more than they buy homes. In this specific case buyers will get the best of both worlds...an incredible home in an awesome area. Thanks for contributing!
