Syndicate Collectibles 1/4 scale is hands down is the most accurate Pumpkinhead.
The sculpt & pose are great, really. I think it beats both pcs on the dynamic. But the paint doesnt look on point and miss to compliment the details imo.
@@milfprincess2706 I see where you're coming from. I don't think that paint is final, but if it is, I would still prefer it since the sculpt is accurate. I could fix the paint myself.

I'm preordering the Syndicate Pumpkinhead even if he's a bit taller than the rest of the Neca figs, he's big in the movies.
1/3 pose is so sick. He looks like he’s about to kill someone. So cool. Yeah it will be hard to display, but to me it’s no comparison. This is the superior piece. You have 2 (1/3) predator statues. It would be cool to give pumpkinhead his true 1/3 scale. Remember predator and pumpkinhead are both 8 ft tall so there’s that. But the pose is awsome. His mannerisms are taken straight out of the film. That’s how he walked and acted. Even the guy from studio ADI made a comment on his instagram that this statue is the ultimate pumpkinhead statue
This looks good but I’m waiting for the 1/3 howling .. not the biggest pumpkin head fan

@@shaw8443 yes they are I heard it might be ready this summer. I got the 1/4 it looks like a 1/3 actually.. the howling 1/3 probably be around this price point

@@shaw8443 that’s a classic i remember that show.. you ever seen silver bullet the movie was ok. Though the Howling was the best werewolf movie back then. First one is a classic I want to see how this one will look compared to the older one

I will be selling my 1/4 to get this one. Doing as such is not for everybody. You really have to like the film and have grown up with it. Born in 1978 I find myself relating greatly to the 80s as that is when my formative years landed. I’m a sucker for 80s horror films, especially B Films. Because of this, because of my absolute love for Stan Winston, I must do it. But I completely understand for others not seeing it worth the hassle.

The 1:3 is really faithfull to the movie compared to the 1:4. The proprotion Of The legs, The torso, arms & semi transparent claws really does make him looking like a movie maket. The tail is a big problem for sure tho. I hope The company will hear from us a change it smh.
The thing a didnt like from the 1:4 are is proportion : too thick & there’s a bit Of artistic liberties In its overall design. I might go for the upgrade.

Makes sense to go in your 1/3 to keep true scale throughout. But it has to be a favourite horror character, otherwise too much space.
I've gone for the other companies 1/10 and maybe 1/4. As I collect both of those scales so it fits in with both lines
The thing is, can't see where it would fit in yours.
that pose is no good for the design of the creature, looks more playful than menacing the way his legs are angled, and his upper body looks like hes walking in the dark looking for the light switch

1/4 pose is definitely better but pcs pumpkin head is going to be a grail. You can’t say the paint job is going to be around the same it’s definitely not pcs does way better paint than sideshow and the fact that sideshow one is older, us collectors know paint job improves over time so I’m pretty sure the paint is going to be way better on pcs. I think you should get it because he scales with everyone else better it’s going to bother you overtime because your gonna have the idea in your head that your current pumpkin head is 1/4 not 1/3 and that’s not going to sit right I’ve seen plenty of your videos to get an idea of how you somewhat think lol
