Thank you for this video. I just got my 2nd cart in today,, the same model as yours. I came on UA-cam for the "how to assemble" video and your title appeared and got my attention fast. 1) I'm not big on the baby blue color. Whatever. 2) I had no issue with delivery and the packaging with wheels in my box was secure. 3) I did have an end cap loose in the box. I banged it back in with a rubber mallet. 4) Agree, that welding is not a sign of good craftsmanship. Hopefully, it will not affect performance. 5) The two blacks tabs on mine are level and symmetrical-These are essential parts. I originally bought this same cart in the year 2000, from a company named Wheeleez. I paid $139 for it and it lasted 21 years. I had to replace a wheel in 2018. What ultimately forced me to get this new one was those two black tabs you pointed out. After 21 years they came loose and I could not secure them back on the metal rod. These tabs are essential to allow you to secure the handle in an elevated position. This cart has been my workhorse for my weekend day trips to the Jersey shore for 21 years. Some days I arrive late and have to park my car 6-7 blocks from the beach and it's so nice to be able to load this thing up with a large cooler, 2 beach bags, 6 towels, 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 48" boogie board and pull all that gear 6 blocks without exhausting myself-It really made a huge difference. This new cart is by all appearances and feel, the same cart that I bought in 2000-In fact the wheels seem more solid. I hope yours is working out for you.
That's exactly why I got this cart, for an easier trip through the dunes. New baby comes with lots more essentials. It is working well though and I'm happy with the purchase.

For 300 bucks you shouldn't have to worry about broken caps. But it's all about the dollar they make and pride in product has gone out the window.
