Majority of the people are from small sized firm. If they were good in academics or having good communication, they get hired. Or for 8-10 months do job in a good firm and gain rich experience and then try in big4s
English speaking is one of the thing. Your body language, eye contact, your proactiveness, voice tone these things also matters. Its majorly about how we say it.

3 attempts toh kaafi log ke rehte hai toh kch khaas impact nahi hogga attempts ka in this case

You might have done some mistake while filling the form
@@casaab007 one of my friend also did not get any shortlisting....she also cleared in may 22.... atleast any of us should get sone shortlisting....

How many days were taken to got the offer letter from the organization, after you giving the consent?
On the day of interview, I gave my consent any in 2-3 days they sent me the formal offer letter.
