sorr, but this has nothing to do with professional restoration. Not taking of any parts or so. ANd just pearl/sand blasting and painting with rubber hoses and tubes on the machine???
Loved this time lapse!! She came out looking awesome! We paint equipment everyday and just finished this aluminum bed truck. Check it out and let us know what you think! ua-cam.com/video/XBZMGQjPDg4/v-deo.html. Have a great day and keep em coming!
We don't disagree but whatever our customer wants painted we will do for them. We find that a lot of companies like to keep their fleet looking sharp 👍🏽🙂
Hello Michael! We paint according to what our customers want! Every last little bit is approved by a customer... so not wrong, just different ;) Thanks for the feedback and for watching!
Im not a safety nazi, but if your going to post videos of your employees working in Canada, you shouldn't have direct OSHA violations in them. Violations? Working at height- falling hazard is 6' or more, and the ladder- failure to maintain 3 points of contact. Makes the MOL inspectors job of prosecuting you really easy. Both of these could be easily solved by portable rolling scaffold or a genie type man boom. Plus you'd get a better blast and paint job if you had better working surfaces. Just my 2 cents. Great vidoes and impressive work. Thanks
Good Stuff, I work as a pipe welder, and sometimes as a foreman, and I can tell you first hand, osha can make you want to pull your hair out as a employer/foreman. However, its all there for a reason. I remember when it was the norm to be standing on a ladder welding a pipe joint while play contortionist. Those days are gone for us in Ontario, now its rolling scaffolding, scissor lifts, genie lifts, snorkels, bucket trucks, etc. Now production is second and safety first. Like I said, im not a safe nazi, I love your videos and your impressive capacity. I just dont want to see you guys get nailed or a someone hurt. I want to ask, what kind of abrasive do you guys use and what kind of CFM and PSI are you blasting at? I do weld repairs on heavy equipment on the side and my setup is running a monster v twin piston compression pushing out 200cfm@110psi feeding a 12cu/ft open top pressure pot running 20-30g crushed glass, and I cant even come close to that wide of a swath, no to mention speed. All my ppe is clemco.
I run a number 6 nozzle, but like I say I don't get an aggressive cut like that. I would love to get my hands on a few skids of garnet but Im my area it is hard to get a hold of without spending a fortune. Crushed glass seems to be my best cut when i compare price per lb. Id love to get my hands on a 250cfm diesel run big screw, but my massive v twin broomwade actually holds it own really well, its just noisey as hell, vibrates like made and is huge. Good stuff, thanks for taking the time to reply, Keep up the great videos!

I use to work for a major telecommunicatios company. Yeah, you know who they are. During the process of removing equipment through an open door on the 7th floor, nobody was wearing fall restraints. As the kid stood on the round kick stool and reached for the crane hook, he held on with one hand at the top of the door frame. Nope, I'm not kidding. I went to my boss and was told, 'if he falls, his injury won't count against our department numbers'. I was to return to my desk and keep working. That kid won't get hurt, he will get killed and my boss was a FUCK HEAD !!! I immediately shut the job down and told the kids to get the proper safety equipment and follow the OSHA rules. I fault the project manager, my boss, the company safety coordinator and those kids for all being STUPID. The next day, I revisiied the job site and saw everybody was wearing the proper safety equipment. The job finished and everybody was safe and alive. I heard a lot of applause from my fellow office workers. Maybe OSHA rules are best.
