Just an idea; I would love to see Sam and Tara receiving counseling and self-defense techniques from Sidney. And Mark is giving them weapons training. Somewhere off the grid.
I think for scream 7 a new setting would be sick maybe a ski resort imagine ghostface drenching the snow with blood & as for the reveal I just thought of it a few days ago, if sidney comes back I think they need to close out the legacy cast storyline incase they ever decide to not return to the franchise. Doing the “cult of ghostface” with several killers & having them be family members of past victims wanting revenge on gale for profiting of an their relatives murders
The double blade wipe was sick. I wish they would bring Stu back since all these hints are killing me hahah
I hope they make Scream 7 when they truly feel they have a good script. Don’t rush it and put out trash for a money grab. I would love to see Denzel Washington as Ghostface lol. “I’m putting knives on all you bitches”
Great interview, guys!
I hope Scream 7 doesn’t go the Scream 3 route and make one of Sam’s sibling the mastermind behind the events of 5-6, that would suck
Haha it’s absolutely going to be a half-sibling of Sam’s…wait…Tara is Sam’s half-sibling…
I have an idea for Scream 7. So every movie the killer is either dating the protagonist, related to the previous killer, or is related to the protagonist. Then yeah we have the second or now sometimes 3 killers. Now what instead of any of those being related to the previous killer or protagonist we get someone that was related to a victim who died in a previous movie.
One of the creators said they didn't want to pull punches, but they did. Look at all of the reviews and comments online. The lack of deaths and the survival rate to the number of visually brutal stabbings basically removed the "no one is safe" stakes that were such a big part of Mindy/Randy Jr.s whole meta "rules" monologue, which neutered Ghost Face. I'll put it this way, GF is so know for stabbing people that the in universe movies the characters are taking meta narrative cues from are named "Stab". To have his attacks do virtually no damage is to remove all fear and consequently threat from his primary vehicle of delivery... Key characters need to Perma die in the first act of scream 7 and the hype leading up to the release needs to tease this to win back those fans that were disappointed by act 3 of scream 6
The movie has good reviews and the biggest box office opening for the series. I highly doubt their goal for the next one is to “win back fans” lol.
@@alexmaverick6647 They’re infinitely aware at how the Fans react to creative choices.
But that's never been scream. The original all the way to now. A legacy character may die every other movie but never in the beginning and changing that would literally change the entire premise of the movies. That's an awful idea
@@woodworkingandepoxy643 Cotton Weary is calling…He wants to inform you that you’re incorrect.
Laurie Metcalf is gonna have a Broadway play called Grey House, and will have a movie in April called Somewhere in Queens so Jake can go for those btw!
Chad surviving cheapened that scene. Two killers can’t take out one victim?
I really feel like a mix of the original and final motives would've been good and have Richie's family believe the rumors about Sam online as a commentary of people going to extremes based on their beliefs of online hoaxes by believing Sam was responsible for woodsboro
Scream 7: Sam, who has already said she kind of enjoys killing and it takes over her, turns into the killer, and comes after Sydney and finally kills Sydney off, blaming Sydney for the death of her father.
How is No One talking about the opening scene "fake" killer reveal
I don't care if I get spoiled. My hype level really isn't there. However, because Neve (who's departure led me not to want to see the film) I will check it out because she approved it after seeing the film herself. I've always been on the fence about seeing a Scream movie without Sidney Prescott and I kinda still am. Which is why I may not see this one as much as the other ones. As for owning it on DVD, I'm still on the fence about that too. But after I see it when it hits streaming I don't know. I have 1-5 so we'll see how I feel.
Yes I did and that's different. That was a TV show, not part of the movie franchises. It was influenced from the movie franchise. Neve was never actually expected to appear in that series. But if Paramount wanted to make a spin off series with her, that would be a whole different ball game and I would definitely watch that one in a heartbeat.
I don’t buy that the killers we got were going to be the original killers. They say here that it’s “vigilante justice” but, if they aren’t related to Richie, what’s the point?…I think the script and movie completely changed production once they found out Neve wasn’t coming back.
The voice on the phone was so obviously Tony Revolori lol idk what this dude was talking about when he said you couldn’t tell.
I've never understood people asking questions like "in Scream 7 could the killer be related to Sam & Tara in anyway" like bro come on, did you really think they were gonna say "absolutely" 🤦🏽♂️ anyway I think they need a fresh writer or atleast spend enough time writing the script to make it good, I loved Scream 6 but they really need writers that aren't afraid to kill off characters, so in Scream 7 the killer is gonna have to run Chad over with a Semi in order to kill him, being as tho its been revealed that he's Superman in Scream 6.
please don't let sam go Ghostface i like her to much
Why would u ask if scream 7 is gonna parallel part 3 with having a killer be a family member? Like they’re gonna tel you the ending to movie they haven’t even made yet? Lol
No originality please don’t copy Scream 3 next 💀 it’s cringe.
I want Kirby to give “the rules speech.” Mindy starts super hyper and Kirby is like, “tone it down, people are dying” and they kind of figure it out together. In the original it was joking, in S2 a little more serious with Dewey jumping in just wanting to know how to catch the killer. In S3, there’s some joking but it’s a lot more serious. And in S4 way more serious from Sid and Gale. It’d be fresh and Kirby did not get nearly enough screen time.
