The placement of your lock is on the wrong side, seeing that most door openings are on your right. Causing you to see the rivets from the outside(compromising the gate itself) if inverted your lock is low and its running on the wheels and not hanging from them. Solution would be to make the lock reversable to both sides. Ie fitment of the locking mechanism will have to be done by installer.

i googled to replace a lock on a xpanda security gate, this is of no good to me
