I found this on autoplay and instantly fell in love with it. The chorus "when you turn the lights out" is from the song "Candles" by Daughter (my favourite band). Everyone should go check them out. Their songs are included in a bunch of awesome remixes, like their song Medicine".
I remember back when I was in middle school listening to this song and other songs by nuages as well while I attempted to write stories on my laptop. I never would have guessed eight years ago that I would become an author. I like to think the younger me would be proud of how his life turned out.
Funny to see how this kind of depressing music came into one of the darkest moments of my life.
This music was the only company I had during this dark times.. And you know what.. Id rather have some pretty awesome music for company, than a bunch of fake friends and people who just are with me fot charity.
