Ukrainians are the bravest people in the world. Amidst the flood, floating mines, massive shelling and chaotic evacuation, team Olena ventures into the flood zone by boat and on foot to help other people and to rescue stranded animals. The dogs' howling for help sounds heart-wrenching, every life is worth saving. Thank you for your compassion and courage.
Well Olena is a hero and anyone helping the disaster on top is but you have to realise Putin is the real hero here. He has been fighting the world's no. 1 enemy - the cabal - and their headquarters is the Ukraine. Sadly for Olena, she has not worked it all out yet. The cabal are the controllers of the world and every country is a prison. We are under a dome and the controllers have been trying to kill off organic life (humans, animals). Why? Because they (at the top of the cabal) are aliens to us. A.I. runs the reptilians and the reptilians run the tall greys and the tall greys run the cabal minions (CEO billionaires, that type of thing). I - personally - almost always have more concern for animals than I do for able bodied adults (as they can help themselves)- but, NONE OF THIS is the Ukrainian people's fault, so why don't you try blaming the actual offenders and not the victims!
Also, most of these animals look - to me - to be strays, and have NO ONE that's responsibile for them, anyways!
And finally, I imagine that most of those forced to leave their pets were devastated, without your heaping guilt and shame upon them!!!?

Yes, always the red tape. Maybe you could start a Gofundme or similar to help w/expenses?
Olena on the other end may know of funding for transport, too. I imagine it won’t be cheap.
And high risk, being in the cold cargo that length of time...multiple flights, too. Bound in a crate! Who knows what kind of care is offered a solo dog w/o anyone traveling w/it? Food, water, walk? So many dogs have died in cargo on long flights.
Do your research....The cold alone....Cargo is not heated. It’s freezing temps at such high altitudes.
I’ve friends who just returned from there. It was an all day ordeal w/stops incl Iceland! Which they said was very beautiful, being they had a 4 hr layover there.
So what becomes of the dog in a long layover? Any chance to get out to relieve itself, & just move a bit!?
I don’t think anyone is assigned to ‘luggage’ to do so. And it all just gets transferred onto the next flight.
It could be a real nightmare for any animal to endure.
I would do a lot of research before attempting it. The dog may just be better off waiting for a home there, than going through hell after it’s already been through hell, trying to get here. And possibly freezing to death w/o enough air, in cargo.

It is so heartbreaking what your country is going through. I am in tears all the time. 2 days ago I saw a very short video of a zoo owner, she had 300 animals. The video showed the "before flood": All kind of happy animals
and "after the flood": just horror. Never in my life will I forget the desperate cries of the zoo-Lady, who lost all her pets.
