You can either use your laptop or mobile to edit and upload. Some people are more comfortable using the phone to edit. I use my laptop since I am more comfortable editing my videos on the laptop, I edit and upload all my TikToks using my laptop :)

When you undo the steps, the audio will be removed then you download it without audio. Then upload the audio and drag it onto the video - decrease the speed of the tutorial and rewatch these steps :)
