Not as delicate and seems to hold up well through minimal throwing around but I’d still be gentle with it.

No I don’t have that problem at all!
That is the exact reason I returned this bag. It did not stay on my shoulder. I tried the larger size. Same thing. It did not look right when I tucked it under my arm so that it does not fall. I wanted to love but it did not work out for me no matter how hard I tried:)
