Hehehe It took me 10+ years and a VA Judge to get my stuff done. Say that, I had to get my DD214 updated to a DD215. Then go again and NEVER GIVE UP. I did get all that I ask for.

So while the VA made offers after they gave me that special CNP exam with recite Coyote list. I only wanted a 100% and when they gave me the 100%. I assume my lawyer that he should told the VA that they should give me back. Pay to 83 and he told me that I shouldn't push the matter. Because the BA might turn around and say they made a mistake. So since I was going through some psychotic episodes. I didn't want to argue with him. And I felt like I had gotten off the hamp so well but I still think that I deserve the first 6 years work for my benefits. Because if they would have gave the CNP examiner the first time. Around my military medical records, his opinion that what happened to me happened in the military with my banner and opinion. But it wouldn't have been a fact and I think they fail to do the assist to give up my military medical record. Sending me to ACM p exam. And that's what the US quarter. Veterans appeals emphasize when they remember the case. The second time that the regional office and the BBA denied the case the first time. The second time, and it wasn't till they created the US quarter. Veterans appeal that they actually gave me a fighting chance to get a fair and honest opinion and judge. In my favor thank God that he works in mysterious ways. But I want to go back for the first six years

I thought I was doing something wrong by appealing for my backpay after being increased for the second time.

You want to make sure you're appealing the effective date, not necessarily the rating. But, appeal -- until VA gets it right.

How do you know if they didn't give you all your back pay. I just went from 90% to 100 and it took 15 months and I don't know if I got screwed on back pay

I would like to hire those guys. Because while i'm not claiming clue, I apply for BA disability compensation, and 1980 three, and by 1980 five, the board of veterans appeals denied my cland I accepted it but I had to deal with a real big psychiatric problem that I have to learn how to deal with. In the year 1988 I read that Congress had approved AUS court of veterans appeals that could at least revise any BVA decision that the regional office had. Made and I applied again in 1989.
And in 19 ninety, the region office again denied my claim. In nineteen ninety three, the border veterans appeals again and simulate So then I appeal my case to US court of veterans appeals and they sent me a letter and told me. I should hire a lawyer that the VA has more lawyers than any other department. Actually, I think they'refore and the amount of lawyers working for the federal government.
And the US quote of veterans appeals told them. That they had to send me to a special exammunition with 3 psychichris and I have to give up my military medical records. You know why, because my verse, my first evaluation that happened? In 19C MP exam in 1980 four, the CNP doctor said the s*** happened in the military. And the VA turned around and told me he was entitled to an opinion. Oh, my God, they paid me a $160 to travel 90 miles and then there doctors entitled to an opinion. I didn't realize why but I was going through a psychiatric episode. Then anyway, make a long story. What? When I stuck in the US court or veterans appeals. They said they have to do that special examination. And they found that the 11 times the medical doctor said. I needed a psyche evaluation and 4 times they found that I had a image or personality or I was had passive of greatest passive-aggressive personality the other 6 times they actually found that I had psychosomatic symptoms all that was the beginning of my psychotic decision. Korea and I suffer from a major psychiatric disability. Anyway, they wind that I'm giving me a 100%. But I so left 11 different disabilities on the table. And I think they should have gave me SMC-l

So I still don’t have my award letter but I called VBA and they told me I’m service connected at 50 percent for ptsd but they are giving me 30 % on my back pay. And I believe I should of fell in the 70/100 category. Do I have to hire an attorney? Or can I have success on my own? I took the long road started claim in 2015. Is this why they are playing w the percentage on my backpay to keep more $ in their account ?

I filed a claim and received the increase. Then I also filed paperwork for TDIU. because I didn't have certain paperwork included my TDIU was denied. I filed a supplement claim after getting the paperwork I needed to prove TDIU.
If I win the supplemental and get TDIU, will TDIU be awarded to the initial date of claim or the date of the supplemental claim ?

If the supplemental claim was filed within a year of the precious denial, it should go back to the date of the claim. As long as you were entitled from that date.

Hi,I have 100%p&t since July this year and have pending intent to file claims from last year and this year which were before receiving my 100% p&t . Is it possible that I may receive back pay , if approved ? And when any of those claims are denied , should I do a supplemental to hope for service connection , regardless of getting back pay (because it's after I received my 100&p&t ? What is best for me to do and not to do ? Thank you .
