This was a beautiful routine! Almost perfect is right! I was so worried because of other contestants' rumba comments but alas this was incredible! The wobble doesn't bother me at all because this was full of amazing dancing, perfect chemistry and got a great score! So happy Kellie and Kevin got their well-deserved moment later in the series! Having said that, this was still one of the best of the night!! :)
+Leah Jade I haven't checked the spoiler, I refuse too - but for my money the dance off is between Kellie and Katie (Jay, Georgia and Anita are the sure things). If my prediction is correct, based on the main show performances, Kellie has it in the bag - especially since that was the first time I heard Bruno be genuinely critical of a performance, regarding Katie's Waltz.

Chocked full of rumba content! Probably the most difficult rumba routine of the series. But alas, Kellie went wobbly TWICE, at 0:46 - 0:47 and then more obviously 1:07 - 1:08. Could have been much higher than an 8 I am awarding her...
judging on Craig's comment I think he would have finally blown the dust of his 10 paddle had only the slight wobbles not occurred. I still loved it nonetheless.
+Scd Observer I noticed the wobbles as well. My other problem was that her hip action should have been more pronounced than it was -- there were times when she barely moved her hips at all.
Apart from the slight wobbles, it should have been more fluid I think. Think Bruno and his "rumba is a dance of continuous motion" tripe lol But I really appreciated the rumba content in there.
I loved it, but I will say that I think a couple of the moves were a bit too sharp for such a soft song. Seemed too rough compared to the tone they were setting. But she is great, and what a good time to top the leaderboard!
It's good on it's own, but the reusing of "Songbird" make me can't help but comparing it to Cherie Lunghi's Rumba, which is still far superior to this. But alas, good for her, honestly I like this as much as Jay's (which was heinously overrated)
Not enough hip action, and I didn't feel any chemistry. Nice lines and turns, but I don't think she deserved the same or a higher score than Jay's or Georgia's worst dances or even Katie's content-heavy Charleston. I will have to see her American smooth before I decide how overscored she was tonight. Got to hand it to her, though, she is right in there, fighting tooth and nail with everyone else.
This was quite bad, and an unpleasant surprise coming from Kellie, who has been so good up until now. She has no movement in her hips, no fluidity, she looks very uncomfotable in this dance, almost embarrassing she had to be put through this. The scores she got from the judges only demonstrate the competition has nothing to do with dance, it's only about bufoonery
