- It has been a dream of mine for many years to build a four-wheel garage with a lift. vol.1 shows the foundation, steel erection, and roof construction. The framework of this garage is the Daytona House of LDK Co. The steel panels are assembled at the factory and then bolted on. The powder-coated steel frame is rust-resistant and beautiful.長年の夢だった、リフト付き4輪ガレージの建設です。vol.1は基礎と鉄骨建方、屋根の施工です。このガレージの骨格は株式会社LDKのデイトナハウス。工場で組み立てられた鉄骨パネルを、ボルトオンで施工する工法です。粉体塗装された鉄骨は錆に強く美しく、工期も短く、しかも鉄骨表しの内装もカッコよく決まります。

Congratulations. You might want to put some sound deadening inside on the bottom on the roof panels for when it rains. Steel building plus rain makes a lot of noise.

ガス屋の番頭をしていた頃、所長に「土曜日身体空いてるか？」と聞かれ「はい。」と二つ返事。「じゃあ◯◯マンションの現場にヘルメットと長靴、あと水筒を持って8時に行ってきてくれ。」と頼まれた。「コン番」だからと。【コン番】とはコンクリートを打設する際、床スリーブを水道屋・ガス屋・電気屋が入れるんだか、コンクリート圧接するポンプ車のホースに倒されないように見張りをするのを各業者が順番にやる事。
やる事はバイブレーターの配線の捌きや下の階で打設する天井を木槌で叩いたりすることなんですけどね。
このお陰で鉄筋コンクリート構造をよく理解できました！
