$115.000 thousand renovation for a $500.000 house..and the house will worth $700.000 .either the owner is dumb or being rip off. the painting in the front door is terrible cut in is not straight paint on the glass (it is not done by professional)

Do you live in Uk? Or own any property in London? 115k renovations for the whole house plus Dormer conversion is a fair price in London. How much it cost for the renovation for the similar size property in HK? I think Jo is just estimated the current market price for the 4 beds house in the area, the house value all depends on the location. If the owner’s family want to improve and live comfortably in the house themselves, then the profit or valve of the house is not important anymore, isn’t it?

I am a builder by trade and be living in Sydney for 40 yrs..and of course I have British tradesman working for me UK average house price is 250.000 pound and apparently the material and quality of renovation isn't that great...the front door and the dinning room door is not replace and Sydney average house price is 4 times higher...by the way my triple garage is way bigger than this house
