@@WalkoutMatt well alot of tourists have booked barbados as their winter destination so we are starting to get back slowly the influx of tourist we used to have
@Maureen Reid I loveeeeeeee Barbados and the great people I met . I was there about two weeks ago, I will definitely go back. Oistins was just awesome. And it was packed. I tried sword fish for the first time with breadfruit and ohhhhh my word. Loveddddd it.
The Bajan people are enduring lockdowns and covid community spread to accommodate these tourists . Did you wear a mask while talking to the employees, did you wear a mask to and from the hotel you are staying at? Glad the fish tasted great though
I wore a mask everywhere I was supposed to at the time of filming in December. Walking through my hotel, walking through the market and when talking to all staff. I did not wear a mask whilst I was seated at the table or whilst walking along the main road from my hotel to the market area. I have full respect for the laws and rules in place in Barbados when I was there.
@@WalkoutMatt My Dad smacked me right in the mouth when I did that as a 7 yr old, To teach me manners Guess what my manners are top notch now, That brought back memories when yo did that. PS I will be in Barbados tomorrow on Holiday, Oistins looks amazing I'll be visiting that Thanks for sharing,
This was filmed in December and at the time a mask was not a requirement when walking along a main road or seated at a table. The mask was worn when near anyone, walking through the hotel and the market its self.
Hey guys I have recently done a top 5 of Barbados, check it out ua-cam.com/video/bzyO-GIRGas/v-deo.html
Glad you mentioned the ''Dolphin'' thing, loool. Thanks for another short and sweet vid. Love your accent too. Stay safe.

I love night food markets... It is such. shame the weather does not really permit those in London.
You’re not wrong. Leather lane has a great day street food market
Are those US dollar prices?
Local currency. Half it for US

Where was your mask big guy?

Been here, Best fish I've ever had. Barbados is waaaaay too expensive! Mexico is the way to go! Barbados rips you off for the value you get.
You’re not wrong about some of the best fish. I didn’t think it was too bad for price
Masks relaxed? No! Not when I was there recently.
