Oh wow. Had a similar story, got pregnant first try every time and had a few early recurrent miscarriages and it ended up being a progesterone problem for me personally. I made a ton of lifestyle and diet changes and had a whopping 10lb 9oz baby boy 2 years ago! ❤ no gestational diabetes just a big kiddo! He's still 98th percentile for height and weight and so healthy. Miracles happen! 😊 I should note I also found your channel in the time i was making lifestyle changes and also give credit to all your education!
I miscarried at 17weeks...They ran each and every test which are usually done for recurrent losses...everything was normal except they saw few hematomas behind the placenta and also had a small sch which was diagnosed at 12 weeks..I had two or three episode of bleeding thst lasts for few minutes. Apart from diet what do you suggest so that i can have a healthy pregnancy again?
I am sorry to hear this news. I suggest making sure your hormones are being supported and that you recover properly from the loss. Then I would be TTC again.
@@MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert thank you....i requested my doctor to put me on progesterone in my future pregnancy and will take baby aspirin too...rest my labs are fine except thyroid but that is under control now after taking medicine..also I didn't find any difficulty in getting pregnant first time.

When did you have her start the aspirin?
