- In this The Sims 4 stop motion video I'm exited to share my first 64x64 lot build. This huge luxurious modern mansion is my biggest project yet. No CC as always! There are over 20 rooms, including 8 bedrooms, full home spa, bowling, hidden vault room, and much more. This high-end luxury mansion, worth almost 800K Simoleons, is for the wealthiest sims. Do you have a sim or a family that could afford a place like this?

Wow Sim Builders are stepping up the game too high, EA builds can't relate.
EA staff has massive restrictions on what they can officially release as Sims builds. They are not allowed to use moveobjects or any other sims cheat for example, they are not allowed to resize objects or place/build things in any way that a new player would not also think of doing. they can only use x amount of items per room with a total of x items per field on a slot.
and quite a few more restrictions.
I've seen a build a while ago that a EA Sims4 staff had done for himself (not on a youtube channel, was a video on reddit but i cant seem to find it anymore) and it fucking blew my mind.

It was at 7:42 when I thought "Man, that was an amazing build". And then I realized that we were only on the first floor and had another eight minutes to go and I was like 😦. And you are really innovative with the different techniques that you created, if you ask me. I really can't wait for more of your builds. I have my notifications turned on for this channel so I can't miss a video. I would really like it if you could do more apartment builds. There hasn't been that much that have caught my eye lately and I loved your 702 ZenView build that was inspired by Japanese culture. It would be cool if there were more culturally inspired builds so more diverse sims could live in them (like your Moroccan build). Keep up the great work! 💜

Now THIS is a modern mansion! A lot of bedrooms (like, really, most of these mansions have, like, 3 bedrooms), great environments and with variations, REALLY big master bedrooms. Just perfect !!! (sorry, I used google translate)

If this mansion was real, it must have costed over 40 million dollars.
For the first floor, additional 30 million for the second 🙊
I can tell you with confidence that a msnion like that would cost around 4-9 Million Dollars mostly depending on what suburbs you are around as the lot would take alot too.
Bel Air would bump the price 2x the original 🤩😂

I started with the original Sims; been playing ever since. I honestly think this is the best house I've ever seen. Now I only have one problem. Coming up with enough sims to live in it. I'm like 'OK, couple and a butler but I still have six more bed rooms!' and this house deserves to be full.

This house build has blown me away on all different levels, one word I how describe this is extraordinary.
There aren't a lot of Simmers who can pull off giant builds like this & tend to jam so much deco into one room. But this is so realistically beautiful. Every little detail looks tastefully thought out. Just stunning.

I think that every builder has had the box house phase. Only practice makes better. I'd recommend watching real life floor plans and photos of houses and rooms for inspiration. Or try following some speed build of a house you like, but don't be afraid to make changes. There are also some nice building tutorials out there. I'm sure you'll get out of the "box phase" in no time! 😊 💖

Jesus, the level of detail and effort you put into everything. Not only this video, but also the 360 video you made. The tutorials towards the end, step-by-step video and animation of everything, uploading tray files on Google drive and not just the gallery, phasing in and out your own Sims when touring your bachelor's house.

Thank you for watching! 😊 I've used two ways to open doors in my videos. 1) I made my sim call a pet who was on the other side of the door. 2) I used CC to make my sim completely invisible and just commanded him to walk through the door

Thank you!!! I have maximum graphics settings (I have got a pretty good gaming computer too). I think the mist is related to the view distance setting. You can try setting it to high, and see if the mist goes away and your game is still playable.
