This is one of the many channels that doesn't get the attention and recognition it deserves. 👍These 11 episodes about the history of Britain were extremely educational. I'm from the Netherlands and feel like I've learned more about the history of your country from these videos than I ever did before. I like how you divided the different historical periods into separate chapters, while at the same time preservering the continuity of the story. The illustrations and animations you use are great. Although it may not be your area of expertise, I would definitely be interested in a couple of episodes about another nation.
What a breath of fresh air, teaching history in a neutral and informative manner without any bias being pushed on the viewer to think a certain way. Great video!
Both the Post War and Modern Britain videos were superb for their breadth of the history covered and their intelligent analysis. A breath taking journey through events heard of yet not known and decisions made by a few but not understood by the many. That is until now...
Great last episode for an era where so much happened domestically than many outside of the UK may not know. Thanks for doing, it was well worth a watch these 11 episodes.
when exactly did Britain gain control of the Folklands? because here in Argentina it is said that the British government had been the one to invade and not the contrary and if there is no evidence of them owning them before the expansion to the south of Argentina, then I guess it would be very hard to defend the stance that they were of Britain originally.
Great question. It's a tricky issue. I would recommend this video from Oversimplified that explains it in a very entertaining way: ua-cam.com/video/BiDvLshi9CY/v-deo.html
Britains claim is far stronger, literally British people living there, voted in a referendum of over 90% to remain British. Argentina claim is literally just "it's near us so we should own it" absurd
Nothing wrong with saying 2003 as Twenty O-Three although it was the first time I heard this and it isnt typical in contemporary times at least. We do the same with the year 1066 - we say Ten Sixty Six and not One Thousand and Sixty Six.

They have been British since 1833
If the Argentines don’t realize there’s not a shred of Argentine culture and history on the Falklands by now they never will.
Britains claim is far stronger, literally British people living there, voted in a referendum of over 90% to remain British. Argentina claim is literally just "it's near us so we should own it" absurd
Don't know if you are still active, but could you possibly make another part?
I’m hoping to make some soon. On the history of medicine. What topics were you interested in?
