Hi guys owner of the game here. I’ve been seeing a lot of comments saying “this game won’t last”, “this games gonna die” and I just want to clarify a few things.
My entire motivation for creating USG in the first place was to have a fun Jojo game I can play with my friends, because we had gotten unhappy with the state of our favorite Jojo games. The purpose of USG is not to be the next big Jojo game, it’s simply a passion project that I love working on. So please, if you are one of the people saying it won’t last, put that effort into something more thoughtful that can help the game be as fun as possible.

god, the heavy attacks in this game feel POWERFUL. like, they have such an impact (along with outstanding sound design) that you can almost feel the punches through your screen.

FINALLY, a game that gives my boy ZA HANDO some amazing moves and not lame ah move set... (YBA). Cant WAIT for what they do for other stands, purple haze, king crimson etc.. Combat and moveset looks so cool and not boring. I actually cannot wait for this JoJo game to release as we need a JoJo game for the JoJo community.

Okay but having some move hit ragdolls like an actual fighting game is really cool, plus every animation just has so much power and weight behind it that I can’t help but find combos satisfying to watch
Also The Hand’s second beatdown is great
i love how the punches (especially the heavy punches) feel like they have actual weight behind them
SP looks badass here, plus bass boost sound effect, satisfying as hell.
btw 4:21 thats the finish from "jump force" and it looks rly cool here too.
Something I like about this game is that its combat system rewards good performance. Instead of Good moves unlocking on low HP, they unlock after you do a certain number of attacks and build up the gauge thing, and then you have to choose how to spend them.
Also, really like the *character* to these stands, Okuyasu's erasure beatdown is fun to watch.
It is the one thing so many games get wrong. Players should be rewarded for playing aggressively and taking risks
A lot of the time games allow you to run away and regain health, playing it safe and getting rewarded. Here though you heal by taunting, taking a risk that also forces the enemy to approach. Combined with this Heat meter and the game is actually designed to encourage throwing hands
There are 3 beatdowns, Judgment is has variations when the person you are beatdowning is low or when they have high health (Basically It has a finisher)
This is actually one of the first games you showcased with the promise of being the new best jojo game where I wasn’t rolling my eyes at the whole time. I see some actual potential and I like the way this development is headed. Im looking forward to the future!🎉

I love how similar this game is to ASBR, which has a couple of really nice mechanics that I feel would fit really nice in a lot of jojo games. The two I thought were similar were the heat bar and the taunt heal, which i think will really add to gameplay and overall balancing. I might try this game out!

you should check out TCA (That Crazy Adventure) is a waaaay better version of current yba while still having a identity

I remember when the game first came out, it was literally just abd assets with op stands and that’s it
So far i haven't even playes and I already love this game, cut scenes, graphics all of it. As long as it stays on this track idc if its grindy to even get a stand bruh if it the stands are this good then I don't mind grinding for them.

if they add storyline for each jojo part like roblox is unbreakable, they are going to be the best jojo game

@@realkristo20 I wouldn’t call anything a yba killer and the devs don’t want it to be that either, this a passion project and their only goal is to make the game fun, I do think if done right it can save roblox jojo entirely
@@PaladinoBr_ ik but every one wanted a storyline for all jojo parts in yba + this game has amazing animations, really better than the yba ones. Now ofc we need to see the other stands too
It looks great, but some good JoJo's games tend to be underrated. I hope that doesn't happen to this game. A few of the visuals remind me of RIU, as well.

yknow i saw star platinum and i was like, "yeah seems like a decent game" and then i saw the hands moveset and i literally fell in love with the animations

If this actually feels like peak YBA combat, and not AUT or current YBA, With these visuals, I'm hooked. Hopefully they don't make the same mistake YBA did with the visuals, where you can't see for shit
honestly if you want peak YBA combat, TCA is your best bet. game relies all around M1s, parries and block breaks are the only way to confirm beatdowns and so on. it has good PvE too. only part lacking is the visuals, which are getting improved over time as far as I can see
@@requiem522 the thing is, the visuals aren't bad. They just aren't a million different particle effects at once. Sure, it doesn't look as good, but its still actually playable without having to not see and still has pretty good graphics
@@Justanaveragenoob8781 true, I prefer its simplistic graphics over something like YBA for example, but you can't deny that it's definitely not as good as something like this game for example. for me combat is everything at the end of the day though, but some people (for some reason) prefer graphics even if the game itself is trash
@@requiem522 yea i also love simplistic graphics and i hate having a lot of particles, so TCA is REALLY fun for me. I never played old Yba because I didn't find it until a bit before the year long drought, but it was still fun back then.
I love if they would add smt like a barrage clash like when 2 player use barrage then I would have a clash where you have to click smt on the screen and the person with more thingys on the screen clicked would win

The combat looks really good, I just hope that there’s a lot of content besides main game and ranked. The game would instantly die if there’s just nothing to do like YBA.

It will be interesting on how they tusk will we have a crippled character that can increase his acts(either by using heat gauge meaning he gets it faster than anyone else or he gets it through a move)or same old tusk. Although the problem of the first one is because he's crippled hes gonna have reduce speed maybe we can give him a horse that he gets knockdown and a mobility move?

it has replicated YBA but an older version, don't worry the game isn't pay to win.

The only thing that I think they could do is to find a way so we can use barrage moves, maybe by unsummoning your stand when you’re ragdolled like yba or anything else like that (this is only my opinion after watching the video, I didn’t play the game, so if there is a way don’t hesitate to tell me)
i remember playing jojo games as a kid and i found a glitch in dio dios bizarre sleep, you had to be e-132 level and sptw and you could time stop infinite with no cooldown was amazing as a kid and abused it.

true m1 combat games genuinely suck you get hit once and you get put on a 1 minute long cutscene, barrage baiting is also a cool mechanic

THIS GAME IS TOO GOOD TO DIE, LIKE IT EVEN HAS THE MUSIC AND FREAKING QUEEN SONG FOR KILLER QUEEN, they just need a bit more time for bigger maps, maybe storyline, more stand, vampire and hamon etc, avoid copy right, more skins cuz you already know we like gambling😂

This game was really unique… it was one of the only games that made me REALLY feel the power of the stand through the beatdowns like star platinum and the hand their beatdowns were phenomenal.
They need to put ults if they do this game might actually make it to yba lvl or way higher.
