It's always fascinating to see how Taiwanese unique foods are made, especially the complex process of making Ai Yu jelly 👍🍽😊

Although I enjoyed this episode, Betel Nut is not a food. It is not healthy either. You should not have inculed it in the episode.

The cover feels like the 1970s. Is Taiwan a country that pursues retro?

I agree w/ comments that betel nuts was a bad choice to make the list. It's got chemically addictive properties ( like cigarettes), people get cancers in the mouth from chewing it, it often produces the disgusting habit of spitting a red liquid, and blackens the teeth. Also, the vendor stands are like soft porn sells, usually staffed by scantily clothed younger women. It’s not even a "food"! This is like one of those things that is nothing to be proud of. I'm sure there are great food-oddity options out there -- why did this program have to choose this one? Funny we don’t see the host sample chew on one for us! She smiles thru it all, like plastic, praising the variety and comments on "cool experience" of wrapping one. Hard to watch. I think i will be wary of this channel from now on.
