The last time we were there, we took it all in for a fair amount of time and started to leave. The two ladies there asked where are you going, time for the night display.I was elated, we were the only ones there. Enjoyed every minute of every visit.
Charlamange's Kingdom, a large HO scale model of Germany, in Helen, GA also shut down. I stopped by Roadside America just after they closed. I was on the way to Northlandz in New Jersey. I love roadside attractions.

I remember stopping there one year with my parents and brother coming back up to Jersey from Tennessee one year. That's not too far from Carlisle Pennsylvania if I remember right.

Maybe they could preserve the signs at a local museum, display them on the side of a building downtown or somehow in a public park? Probably would have to be inside to avoid tagging though.

Roadside America was having financial problems before Covid actually. But Covid happened to be the final nail in the coffin.
