Thanks for inspiring me to do the things I do today like making videos and doing photography.
Casey. I am a 61 year old man and had a heart attack last year and had triple bypass surgery. I tell you this because I started running this year! I have not been able to run since i was in high school. It feels amazing! I wanted you to know because your running was what inspired me to begin doing it. I run and walk but am now running more than walking. Thanks for always being positive and inspiring.

I identify myself way too much on this video - I did exactly the same thing when I was in Iceland, climbing one of the tallest volcano/glacier with city shoes, jeans and no jacket with my best friend. Unprepared and difficult trip but that was well worth it for the awesome memories we shared over those clouds !

You know through The Neistat Brothers HBO special and vlogs (maybe two of them?) about this same story I never get tired of it. Its thrilling, adventurous, lesson learning and more. The HBO episode about this was just awesome. Keep killin it!

Notorious HZ Even just a little bit of weight training combined with running does some serious work on the upper body. In my experience it's more effective than weight training alone.

Awesome. I climbed Pt Lenana on Mt Kenya in the 90s. It was a three month NOLS trip all over Kenya and one of the most incredible summers of my life. Only saw Kilamanjaro from the border. Would love to take my family back and climb either of those mountains. Always inspiring. Thanks - Henry

I recently summited Kilimanjaro, 2 weeks ago on August 1st. You guys climbing it in 3 days is just crazy to comprehend, me and the girl who climbed with me were pretty knackered after each days' walk and we did it over 7 days(5 and half up, 2 down). Be interesting to know which route you took Casey, we were on the Machame route

May Tama my senior Joy Lobo made a prototype of the quadcopter in 2009 in our movie 3 idiots! hahaha. but he failed to make it work, so I finished his project and had it fly for the first time, only to see later thru the built-in camera that he hanged himself in the ceiling of his room.

Trevor Leary I know what he is talking about. It's a fictional account of the quadcopter prototype featured in the movie 3 Idiots, an Indian film released in the US in 2009. It's was an awesome movie, one of my favorites actually, just make sure it has subtitles. :)

I for one went into major training for a few months and many days 22 hours each day... yes 22. a lot of actors beef up in weight training crashing their body for a new role and beef up quickly. but god damn... in a week or two his muscles pumped up that huge!!?? can't help but to question if steroids got involved.
and well he had arguments with wife. probably took his anger out on lifting weights
