      As a European living in Europe, I agree 100% with you..!
      This is what we also need: walls and the immediate stopping of mass migration.

    • @scolexuk
      @scolexuk 8 місяців тому +1

      Because immigration is not the only issue. Indeed, policy is not the only issue. As head of state, the US president serves a symbolic and ambassadorial role as well as being head of the executive. I would vote for Vivek R without compunction, because he values reason, decorum, and thoughtfulness in ways that Trump actively does not. In fact, Trump's personal style brings his policy leanings into disrepute.
      This is the source of Shriver's (and my) despair. And since she clearly isn't going to be supporting Biden in the next election, it's hard to see what you think she has "fallen" for.

      @@scolexuk I find this perspective utterly bizarre. It was forgivable to 2017 to indulge the fantasy of an apocalyptic Trump Presidency due to the inherent dishonesty and misrepresentation of reality by the MSM. However, I having luxuriated in a 1st term of relative world peace and economic prosperity after a previous 16 years which saw the invasion of Libya, Iraq, Afghanistan, an international financial collapse, the end of Lehmanns etc... To pretend that Trump's unconventional leadership and communication style did not lead to the planet enjoying a much needed respite from the death, destruction and existential chaos that both preceded and succeeded his Presidency can only be described as Demented or Deranged.

  • @gerhard7323

    Illegal migration has become a darkly cynical political football throughout the wealthy West.
    Any objections or simple calls for at least some level of control have long been cynically reduced to charges of naked 'racism' by the perennial virtue signallers of the well to do left.
    All the more ironic given that it always most impacts the poorer ends of society in terms of wage suppression and increased competition for limited resources like jobs, housing, education, access to health etc and largely serves to benefit its upper echelons without them directly experiencing any of its downsides.

    • @trickyric67
      @trickyric67 8 місяців тому +1

      illegal immigration destroyed the poorer communities that were thriving under Trump.. It's simple, bring in more people to compete for their jobs and overcrowd their schools.. it's really pretty basic. The people on the bottom of the economic chain and educational chain get hit the hardest. A large percentage of those communities are black.

    • @gerhard7323

      Yep, but for some reason these people always get away with, yet again, turning something into a simplistic racial issue when it is far more complex and nuanced than that.

It was completely unfair to nearly halt all Christians, while 33,000 Coptic Christians were murdered in 2009, Obama turned a blind eye while they were killed because they had no were to go.
