We will see How Far Can The Wings Team Go in World Exploration Stages in the Lost Golden City Update.
Episode 17 was added in this update which is the Golden Cheese Kingdom of Golden Cheese Cookie.

Generally, Wings are for birds or flying animals and Fins are for fishes or Sea creatures
But did you Guys know that Some Mermaids and Sirens got Wings too?

And too: If Crimson Coral Cookie is the only Cookie in the front line, she and her allies will gain the Coral Armor buff. Additionally, her Coral Armor's size and weight will reduce the effect of Knockback and Flying and will not be gained if there is another Frontliner

If we look at Crimson Coral Cookie closely in this video and it's no where near to be a cape since it resembles a wing. This is the same thing as what Black Pearl Cookie.
