for the issue of you being on your facecam the entire time, why not just grab a cheap second monitor? i got one and never looked back, and i just have my obs pulled up whenever I'm recording/streaming.
I have 3 monitors I just has OBS minimized on it cause I had discord open over it 😢

For me I usually play US east or west and I'm from wisconsin and get about 60-80ping no matter what server I play. It's been like that for years. even tried the newst US central and still nothing. still same shit ping. lol, and what's worse is the lag has gotten far worse.
Mississippi is kinda mid in all US servers in RL
