- In this quick video tutorial i show you with this 2021 2022 Acer Laptop and most of the other acer extensa or aspire laptops from the last years (here its a new Extensa) how to boot, install windows or go to the bios. Its similiar to the most of the other consumer 2019/2020/2021/2022 Acer Laptop without any operating system:
how to
- enter the bios to enable the F12 boot menu
- enter the boot menu and boot from a usb stick or a usb dvd-drive
- install a os / windows 10 or 11 with a pregenerated windows 10/11 stick from the microsoft website ("windows media creation tool" at the ms website)

- how to delete a partition (be very careful, you lost the data from the partition) and install windows on a new partition.
In this video its a new laptop so acer leave a "driver partition" on the new laptop...so its much more easier to find and install the drivers after win 10 / 11 installation is finished....you can also delete this partition, most of the drivers windows downloaded automatically or you can go to the acer website.

I have a problem with mine. It doesn't show any partitions because the storage drive isn't installed.
After installing that drive, it tells me to connect to a network but it doesn't show any. I've installing wifi drivers but that didn't work either.

I am getting a new laptop but it comes with Win11 home in S Mode.. I believe the license number is in the bios. Do you know if i use that license number will it install in S Mode or in regular win 11 home.. I do not want S Mode.. I know I can remove it but I am just wondering if the license locks it into S Mode or if it will go into regular mode.. thank you

Nein, bei meinem Laptop kann man es immer mithulfe von F2 beim booten aufrufen.
Denke das müsste bei allen Acer Laptops gleich sein.
