Hitman Blood Money: Destroying everyone with Rating "Professional" in the "A New Life" mission

Rating "Professional" in the "A New Life" mission on difficulty "Pro" from legendary Hitman: Blood Money. With this video I wanted to know if it is possible to get PRO/SA by destroying all NPCs on the map.
Because of this piece of shit (moment at 26:19) I was not given an SA rating, recording it as a witness. I even skipped the traditional newspaper post with the results. Nevertheless, it is quite possible to destroy everyone on the map and remain sinless. This walkthrough is similar to the Insurance Agent rating, but there shouldn't be any noise.
