Read the article and it was disappointing - overlooking the most obvious - which is that we are a nation not of builders and farmers and engineers but rather simple and lazy technologia addicts.
Answer to this is too much red tape nowadays, to many workers doing nothing but “supervising” and a lot of other things that slow everything down during construction.
Nah I think the main point everyone seemed to touch on was more about vertical integration, if everything is working as basically one unified group its much easier to achieve efficiency vs having a bunch of groups focused on their own best interest.
