I burst into tears when she mentioned feeling guilty about not being able to start her day with Quran after Fajr. That has weighed heavy on my shoulders for so long. Being a mum to two littles ones has left me completely sleep deprived & feeling huge amounts of guilt for not being able to stay up after Fajr, wake up for Tahujud every day etc. Thank you so much Ustadha for these Podcasts you have no idea how inspiring they are. May Allah bless all that you do ❤

It’s amazing, congratulations, may Allah raised you with Quran and take your hand to help others.I am حافظة as well, but still benifit from your experience.
Can I ask you to have sister Sara contact detail to contact her regarding her position as a muslim psychologist. I’ve been looking for a Muslim psychologist but I don’t know where to look. But this is very coincident when I was excited to listening to you episode

Sister do you have any recommendations of a good hifdh teacher for a female sister in London?
