Bone broths even organic have very high concentrations of lead (Pb) and other heavy metals.

Do you use scissors to cut up the bones? I had a large turkey that could not fit in the instapot
Yes! You should be able to use kitchen shears to cut up the carcass so it fits! Just be sure to keep an eye on that max fill line (PC 2/3). If it goes over the line you may have to do multiple batches. Fortunately it doesn't take that long (in the grand scheme of things)! Thanks for your question! Let me know how it goes!

@@NoahEats Oh my no! Save EVERYTHING!! It might be a little weird if you're collecting your guests' bones or leftovers but it is so worth it! You can also save leftovers, bones, carcass etc in the freezer so you don't have to worry about it going bad while you're enjoying turkey sandwiches, etc. 🙂 I'm not sure I conveyed in my video how truly delicious IP bone broth is!
I bought some proper poultry shears on Amazon. They cope with almost everything, even small bones. A great investment!
