    I always try to remember one of the moves when I grapple but there's just too many to recall and I always end up getting choked out before I could pull off one. lol

    • @LMAN3780
      @LMAN3780 10 років тому +2

      Aye, remember to keep your elbows as close as possible or keep a grip on his gi. It will reduce the chance of getting choked out when trying moves like this. Timing is the key factor.

      Jd Sanz eventually you wont have to "remember" your body will just flow there. You have to drill and drill these over and over until instinct takes control.

    I like to arm bar my training partners when they least expect it. While they're sitting on the toilet, just pop up, hip out, and extend.

    No because an arm crush is just putting enough pressure on the forearm to take them tap (because of pain). The arm bar is attacking the joint.

    Really amazing, thank you very much for the knowledge you share with us, one question the armbar techniques in 1:44 and 1:58 times can be combined with the traditional armbar from mount if the oppoent turns his body to the side trying to put out his elbow?

  • @johnzaus
    @johnzaus 12 років тому

    The armbar at 2.30 is not good taken. The arm that´s in back control that go across his chest has to take his arm, and the arm in back control that goes under his shoulder has to take my other arm like kimura. the right arm has never to stop grip the arm that i´ll attack.
