Have a great weekend Brian! I'll have to get me a tin of grey ghost. From my experience with Cornell and diehl, the cut is what decides inner packaging or pucks. Loose cut, ribbon, sag, etc. Will just have one paper puck on top. While the flakes, plugs, etc will have the inner cardboard packaging with the multiple tabs or "pucks". As always, great video and always await the sat morning "sun coming up, coffee going down"!
So Billy Budd is Virginia burley latakia and cigar leaf. Billy Budd Blonde is Virginia black cavendish perique cigar leaf and burley. With either one I add a bit more of cigar, because “Anything worth doing is worth overdoing !”
I’m still fairly new to swimming a pipe, but thus far I enjoy just about any Country Squire aromatic, Irish Flake, Old Gowrie, and Sutliff Burley J4. I agree with you regarding Latakia. I’m definitely not a fan of any blend that contains a heavy amount of Latakia. When that perfume-soapy taste dominates the smoke- no thanks!

The Southland Piper just picked up 17 dunhill pipes at an estate sale and some go back to the early 1900's he paid $48 dollars a piece....he has a video from eight days ago going over each pipe....might be worth a look and a phone call 😎

One of my top favorites I been hoping you would try. Grey ghost, fantastic cigar blend, probably one of the best out there, that Penn shade leaf is so good. The black cav smoothes and cools it off. Just a kiss of VA but it's mostly Cigar leaf...it's a sleeper blend that people should try if ya looking to continue your pipe smoking advancement into more bolder flavors. Have a good one!
Being retired, I sometimes lose track of what day it is until I see a Beans video then I know it’s Saturday. lol. That’s why your midweek videos throw me off a bit, but that’s ok. I’d like to try Arrowhead. Heard lots of good stuff about it but it’s a but pricey for me. Looking forward to your review of it. Cute little girl. 👍😃
Went to Paul’s pipe shop up in flint. What a treasure to step back in time to an old school tobacco shop. If you get a chance to visit you will enjoy yourself. I am in a good location in southern Michigan between Paul’s and the Columbus pipe show. I do have some arrowhead, nice blend see ya

I highly recommend the Cotton Cordell Big O lure in white. I’ve caught a large variety of fish on that lure

Im about an hour away from Pauls Pipe visited for the first time last year and I enjoy Arrowhead even though its an aromatic
I love Arrowhead its one of my favorites. I bought Easy Times this week its really good.
