Contact your administrator". There is no permissions issue, as other non MS Office files can be opened, modified and saved in the same location.

ONE USER only must have full access to FOLDER$, while the others cant... this user, named john, is member of G_ADMINS group, shich should supposedly see all the folders inside the folder C:\SHARE i have added the user John to the G_ADMINS group only, that's the only group he's in, set the folder permissions to this group, auditing and effective access, nothing... any help is appreciated.

Hi, One way to add network drives to users, is by creating logon scripts ( batch files .bat). Assuming that you created the users in AD and joined security groups. The script is simple; it'll basically execute each time the user login to any PC within tbe domain. You should see shares on laptops. Did you try to map a drive manually as a test first? Also, is your wireless network on same subnet as the wired network? ( probably from same router/firewall or switch? The laptops need to be in the same Local network to find shares. If you have scenario where you need to access shares from remote location, then you need VPN to create tunnel from outside to local network resources. Hope this helps!

Hi, it's possible a corrupted profile. You need to fix profilelist in registry keys or delete and recreate new local/domain account. You can search a complete fix guide online. Make sure to enable default administrator account under computer management to avoid losing admin privileges while try to fix the issue.
I did a process exactly the same, but the pastes are listed for both users: Test shared folder, inside it I have User1 and User2, each with permission from their users respectively, but when I access \\SRV\Teste I see the 2 folders, I don't have access permission, but I didn't want it to be possible to see the I use win server 2019
@@joaohsenger When you wrote you did exactly the same is misleading so you didn't do exactly the same becoz he applied group policy. And remove the GP n inheritance for unwanted visitors.

Home folder is not mapping. This option were done for home folder . Do you known about gpo?
