Legendary rock band to stop touring because of ‘irreconcilable differences’

They couldn’t fight this feeling any longer.
REO Speedwagon, the beloved arena rock band from Champaign, Illinois that has been together for nearly 60 years, announced Monday it will stop touring at the conclusion of 2024.
The band released a statement on their personal website and social media citing “irreconcilable differences” between its longest-tenured members, lead vocalist Kevin Cronin and bassist Bruce Hall, as the main cause.
