I agree with you, Koke is the unique one. I can't think of another chromoshading ink that combines cyan/teal and violet, which also happen to be my favourite colours. The other ones are subtly different, but they are quite similar to existing Ink Studio and Manyo colours nonetheless.
Really? I felt that the colors weren't as drastically different though like in hinoki and Ayame, there seems to be like 4 colors present in hinoki, blue, green, purple, and grey.. so i could be wrong but i felt that hinoki is actually the sleeper here, koke is still amazing no joke 🔥 i wanna get them all at some point.
@@XxXHardcoreshredderxXXxxxxxxxx Oh yeah, I meant that it is unique specifically in the way I outlined in my original comment. There are plenty of subtly different alternatives to Ayame and Hinoki even if you just stick to Sailor's own Ink Studio and Yurameku lines, but the solidly teal base tone of Koke is entirely new to me. It's not necessarily the most spectacular, but it is the most "new".
Fuji looks so good! I’m a sucker for purple inks
Oh my!! These are all gorgeous!🤩
Thank you for intro and display of the range written and swabbed , great video
Thanks for this. I just purchased Ayame. Wild thing is how paper dependent these are and even with the same paper depends on how much ink was laid down. I tested all four inks with a Namiki Yukari Royale Medium nib and preferred Ayame on whatever paper I was using. Will see how it performs in future on variety of paper.
So so lovely! Can't even decide which one is my fav!
Fuji is great but I think I prefer Studio 150 a bit more. Studio 150 chromoshades into other purples and is a bit more vibrant as opposed to Fuji which is a bit more muted and chromoshades into greenish blues.
I just ordered a bottle of the Fuji to use in my Blue Dwarf!
I just got the new shikiori inks and now there’s new Manyo inks? Ugh sailor is taking all my money. Ayame is just like Sailor Studio 123, 224, and a few other of their inks. I don’t understand why they keep making the same ink over and over but renaming it. Looking forward to getting my hands on Fuji, Koke, and Hinoki.
Whatever you do, don't start looking at their Yurameku inks. 😉
@@SceneSkipperwhy do u think they shade better?
Mmmm 😋 I’ll have to get me a bottle or two. Thanks Daisy. So really you should clank the bottles more. Don’t be shy. The soft music, soft voice pen on paper and bottles clanking is so ASMR. It’s a real thing. I played this like twice. More clanking please 😃
Very nice.
They seem to be extremely wet inks! Also seem very similar to Dominant Industry Sunset
I should've gone with the fuji... The neko and haha are simply too faint for anything I can think of, even with a 1.5 nib
Really?? Surprising to hear that even with a 1.5!
Not a good ink for writing at all. It is too faint and too light. You can only see it’s effects when there is a thick line with a strong flow.
These are a bit on the lighter side!
One use case is when you write with it in exams, your neighbors can’t copy for you😂, anti-cheat
They're also extremely dry.
