Yes is an s3 rear bumper, and as you can see that is the only model installed just on the s3's , so is definately genuine. And for me worked, it may be few mm diferent from the stock one on the car but for me its not a problem as you cannot see big differences on the body alignment.

I didnt, just let them inside the bumper.
How did you convert the normal bumper to s3? You went to take one and put the other?
I just replace it with an s3 one, no modifications required.
