Amazing looking dish!! The addition of gochugaru to the chili oil was a nice little Korean/Chinese fusion. I can imagine the layers of flavor with this one, I will be sure to try it!
This looks really good. I like the plating tips. The chili oil would probably be better after it infuse overnight right? Also the word you were looking for is probably emulsify for the pasta water. Thanks for the recipe!

you definitely deserve more subscribers and views on each of your videos. very educational video and well edited. one thing i can point out as a dude from Sichuan is you might want to wait till your chili oil completely cooled down before you put into your dish where the oil would be more flavorful than when its hot. (normally takes about 2-4 hrs)
