That's cool that you get to be a voice actor, I think a lot of the reason I watch this channel is because your voice is so calming to me! I'm 20 years old and have no kids and don't plan on having a large family or homeschooling but I still watch most of you videos lol

I've live in California all my life but I've never been to the LA area. I'm from the Sacramento/Bay areas and have been living in Modesto for the past 16 years. I love watching your vlogs. Especially your cooking ones. You have helped and inspired me to cook different things. With all that cauliflower you should make a cauliflower pizza crust for low carb pizza or my family makes a Sicilian cauliflower gratin. So simple with a small amount of ingredients. Yummy

my second child was speech delayed (u would never know now) the signing at an early age to cut their frustrations due to inability to verbalize is soooo true, have u ever thought of outlining that in someway for parents with kids that have developmental delays? here in Indiana we have first steps program LOVED IT!!! that allowed my son to be a kinder more patient and more observant child, so many could benefit from that early communication skill, cuts tantrums EXPONENTIALLY FOR REAL!!!! That adds to a happier calmer family dynamic.

Lol, I had to share your rental car story with my 2 daughters. I have a story of my own that they still like to tease me about. A couple years ago we were moving into a new house & leaving for a week long beach vacay all during the same weekend. I had rented a car for our beach trip because I drove a company vehicle at the time. We moved into our new home on a Friday & I spent most of that night & into the wee morning hours of Saturday trying to sort boxes into rooms so we could come home to organized chaos. I slept for 3 hours or so before we got up to leave for our 8 hour trip to St. George Island, FL. Our new driveway was long & curvy so as I was backing out I ended up backing into a small tree that was leaned over in our front yard. Put a nice little dent into the back drivers side bumper. Like you, I felt like a complete _____!! Thankfully, I had purchased the insurance as well & we didn't have to switch vehicles prior to leaving. My girls still ❤ to tell that story, lol.
My hubby and I are flying to San Diego on Saturday. It's beautiful

Daniel is SO adorable! And I laughed when he had eaten the bottom of the cone, as a couple of mine had done that for a while in their toddler hood, too. In fact, I think my daughter still did it at like 5 years old! I kept saying, honey, the ice cream is going to melt out the bottom, but for some time she just insisted on doing it for so long! Lol.

I boil the cabbage with potatoes and eggs. I sauté olive oil with garlic with some lemon juice and I pour it over the cabbage potato and eggs. Yum side dish.
