INGREDIENTS:
450 g mini potatoes (or regular potatoes, cut into quarters)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 head of broccoli, broken into florets
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1/2 lemon, sliced
1 handful of parsley
Spices:
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 tablespoon rosemary.
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Eggs:
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoon butter
Season with salt and black pepper
✅ Ranch dressing (optional)
1 cup optional sour cream
chives or parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice
pinch of salt
