오늘(2021. 8. 27)부터 입주를 시작하는 신축 아파트인 호반 써밋에듀파크 아파트 단지를 둘러봅니다. 호반 써밋에듀파크 아파트는 경기도 하남시 신장동에 위치하고 있으며, 지하철 5호선 하남시청역에서 도보로 10여분 정도 걸리는 역세권 아파트이며, 이름에 걸맞게 신장초등학교, 신평초.중학교, 남한중학교, 신장고등학교가 모두 단지의 반경 500m 이내에 위치해 있는 학세권 아파트입니다. 총 6동 999세대로 구성되어 있고, 동간의 간격이 넓어 일조 환경이
쾌적한 아파트입니다.
We walk around a new apartment complex in Hanam City, Gyeonggi-do, Korea. As the name of apartment is Hoban Summit Edu Park, it was constructed by Hoban Construction. The apartment was recently completed construction, so residents started moving in the apartment from today Aug. 27, 2021. The apartment can be reached around 10 minutes from Hanam Cityhall Subway Station Line 5. We will be able to make out on a popular residential trend of new apartment in Korea these days by looking around the apartment complex.
