The Kampfer was always cool. You'd think it'd be a raid but... The Kampfer doesn't hate Support types, it hates everyone, it'll melt your legs and stun the crap out of you. They're truly terrifying foes.
Its incredibly dominant in close quarters fighting due to all the stuns. It is really difficult to fight a Kampfer in close range unless you also have a shotgun or similar.

Plenty of 450-500 generals and supports which can do that. A lot of Kampfer players aren't even running leg armour so you can try to aim for leg breaks.
The Kampfer is the bane of my existence. This thing deserves respect and a wide birth. If your generals and supports aren't keeping it in check it'll ruin your whole match. That being said this was a fantastic match. It's to bad someone rage quit, it makes the match onesided most of the time and kills the fun. Though occasionally a team will rise from the ashes and proceed to dominate one man down. Been on both ends of that one

An amazing general, with more stuns then you're average general grunt suit, definitely feels like you're piloting an ace suit. With probably on of the most fun grab animations in the game. A very good pick for dealing with raids and other general units, only suffers a bit from range cause of the slow rocket speed but makes up for it with the mobility to effectively use the shotgun. Ggwp nice game

eh id say titania or pixie LA are the glassiest of cannons but they arent something everyone has or wants to shell cash for the normal pixie is also very very capable same w red rider of being glass cannon raids but there is a skill set required to make them shine
I definitely want to give this suit a try, it has everything I want in a good suit. A bazooka, build stun and high mobility that allows it to come in and out of combat with ease, though I'll have to get used to its fragile armor.

PC launch needs to hurry up and actually happen! It's still entirely above and beyond me as to why Bandai ruined Breaker Series, but this is exactly what mech combat is supposed to feel like from the looks and some hours in the beta test.
i did duels gen/raid at 500 and had someone go kampf i went titania and the results were disgusting till we hit a double punchy boi team which was cancer both suits are just speed and aggression made manifest the design is gorgeous and its been my fav zeon suit for years since i saw the show as a kid it is elegant and fragile but w a skilled pilot for its time it could absolutely outshine any other zeon suit shame zeon didnt do more w it later its specs for the normal unit (the one in the show was heavily stripped down to get it into the colony) were exceptionally high can only imagine char in one of these vs the gelgoog he got would be a fucking nightmare
Yeah S- rank definitely plays very differently from A+ or lower. If you wanna play like them then it might be a good idea to watch gameplay of S- JP UA-camrs like Akokura for example. They consistently upload quality content basically every day. It is also a good idea to find custom matches with S- players so you can play against them yourself to improve. Thanks for watching!
First: SD Kampfer thumbnail = good taste. Second, this feels like the MS raid mains want to run when the team needs a general. Its unique HSM stance also helps avoid attacks maybe? Also love Its dual bazookas but I have one very important question. Can its shotgun stop the Schuruz Gallus? :(
Thanks! I ran a few different thumbnails by some people on discord and they seemed to like the one with SD Kampfer the best. Yeah the unique boosting stance is very nice. It is pretty evasive and allows you to avoid some shots you wouldn't have otherwise. Yeah the shotgun can stop Schuzrum Gallus. You gotta be careful though. If they have melee out, you gotta follow up with a downswing ASAP. You cannot stunlock them with bazooka or sturmfausts since the melee out basically acts like permanent MA.
I think I use leg armor, reloaders, ranged modifier and thrusters. But this isn't a good build for Kampfer beginners. I would recommend LV3 leg armor, thrusters and HP parts. Kampfer is pretty hard to play because it relies on avoiding shots with the high mobility rather than tanking them. But you have really great ability to restrain the enemy with stuns. Your shotgun is basically a guaranteed stop button, it can stun boosting raids almost no matter what. The bazookas have pretty solid stats with good splash radius. The sturmfausts have high damage and long reload time, so its best to combo into them from your bazookas or shotgun first. I would recommend playing as a raid hunter. Hunt down the enemy raid with your shotgun and great stuns. Don't forget to use your melee as well.
@@avenger1_gbo260 I practiced some of the movements you showed in the video with the suggested parts and after a couple hours I was able to get about 100k damage in it. The big take aways I found were that you aren’t a front liner or even a raid suit. You don’t so much carry in your own. The kampher is an opportunist suit. You prey on opponents out of place fighting in a bad location. I’m still pretty bad with the melee a nd often miss. It feels like the saber has a small hit box compared to its peers. The black rider just pushes my stuff in anytime I found myself against it. Additionally what’s your suggested cost to play the kampher at?
It is a really great counter to Schuzrum Gallus. Just gotta be aware that you can't stunlock it with sturmfausts if it has the melee out. Gallus-J, Geara Doga and Kapool also work very well against it, assuming you are comfy with them.
Yeah from how it is shown in 0080 it definitely seemed like a raid. I do think it being a general makes for a really unique playstyle though. After playing it in GBO2, I really wouldn't have it as any other type. Thankfully the Titania exists now as a raid Kampfer anyway.

3:23- Vulcans are always the answer (TM). That really show the difference between the normal users and one who takes advantage of the whole kit.

Kampfer for me is like a love/hate relationship, on one hand so much dps and stuns, on the other hand paper armor that dies really easily.

That can work. Just be careful with shotgun. It is technically not instant stun but build up stun. So you need to wait a bit so you can stunlock.
I will use this suit against schuzrum gallus, my support suit have suffered enough
