How about you try infernum. I'm not just saying that to undermine what you said! I agree fully, death mode under the right circumstances can be extremely difficult! But infernum actually forces you to learn again, because most difficulty mods like eternity can be easily beaten by just... Making a bigger arena. More buffs, maybe. But infernum genuinely feels like playing a completely new game with terraria controls and terraria weapons. It's AWESOME!
This is AMAZING. I love how the fight scene is structured and paced, and how it blends the in-game movements and actions with the more cinematic aspect of the animation, and really portrays how it is fighting such a beast for the first time when you know nothing about it.
jdhnaidfibfuqhhfuahbrhgbqiqfuhb you dont KNOW you dont know how many times i rewatched this back on jzboy's channel this is probably my favorite terraria animation ever mainly focusing on the fight scene here but i love the the "camerawork" for basically every shot, im especially fond of every time the camera follows an arrow that's being fired, along with all the other shots where the cam follows a flying object as the background passes by (i.e. JZ getting repeatedly beaned like a kickball). also the SCORE adds so much to this, its an amazing Boss 1 remix, i was listening to it separately and could tell EXACTLY what happens in the animation with each break in the song its really fuckign good. love how the animation was able to do so much for the EoC itself with how little it actually does in-game and also all the smaller mechanics like making the jester arrow and the eye going through the floor anfdjenrshigjnhsri AAAAAA tldr - 10/10 its peak im weak; go watch jzboys other stuff

If you watched his other videos it's heavily implied that this is a blind expert mode playthrough and so he's extremely under geared. Ex. Plat sword, no arena, no Hermes boots(no smoke particles), and no double jumps.
