Actually sometimes they just ask you to work from the same time zone. So theoretically you can work from Canada for a US based company which is a more achievable goal.

I have been looking for jobs on remotive, remotedotco etc. Every company required person to be in the US which means work permit. Never read anywhere that one can work from Camada Timezone. Don't know from where you are bringing that info.
@@its_maalik Ok I checked that but that's a different case becausr they have headquarters in both EU & US. Obviously if a US company has headquarter in your current region, it may allow you to work for a remote jobs. If a company is solely in the US without any presence in European region or Canada, it won't allow remote work especially because they will have to deal with taxation and audits.
The example you shared is possible but the company should have presence in both the countries. Linear has presence so it can pay the person working in the EU and salary will be paid by headquarters in the EU & not US.
These are rare cases.

remote jobs means in that countries only that the companies provide. In US working hour is between 10 AM morning to 5 PM evening. In India that time is 10PM night to 5AM night🤣🤣

As a hiring manager that only hires for remote jobs. You must be located in Canada. I can't hire anyone outside the country. Need a work permit as well.

Remote jobs does not means Remote anywhere. I have been looking remote jobs since a long time. Every job asked for remote with region specified. Forget US. Even remote jobs in the European countries ask you to have work permit in their regions.
For example A Remote Job in Spain would require you to be in Spain to work which indirectly means work permit to work in Spain.

There are some jobs that don’t require you to be a software engineer and still get jobs from india 🇮🇳. One of those jobs is business Analyst and project manager. A lot easier to get these jobs than battle it out for visas for software developer jobs

Mostly they reply that you have to be in the US even for remote job. So for Remote they want to be in the City in which they are located.
Not exactly be in US you just need to be authorized to work in US. Authorization are of different types like US citizen, GCH, OPT EAD, CPT EAD, L1 etc

Without permit you won't be allowed to work in other countries. And no companies takes care of sponsorship unless the candidate has verified credentials and is exceptionally un beatable that without work experience is not possible.

It doesn't work like that even if you have a remote job, you need a permit, in this case a work visa, popularly known as the H1B visa, forget about working from a different country, if the companies are paying you in US dollars while you sit in India and work, why would they even have an H1B program and why do you think that most of the US companies outsource the labor to other countries, instead of hiring someone from the US, they would hire someone from India and pay in India currency, that's how outsourcing works brother,

Hi, according to my knowledge we can not get a remote job if we are not residing in the same country. For example if job is available in US you xan not apply for it until you have work Authorization for US.
And if I am correct, you should change the title of your video as its misguided.

You have to be legally authorized to work in USA to be able to get these jobs.
even if the job is remote that doesn't mean you dont have to follow the rules of employment of that country. So US jobs cannot be done from outside of US as you need US work authorization.
Even if you get a remote job like this how will you manage the time zone difference every day. This is not practical at all for the long run.

Just because websites have detailed filters to help us find remote jobs doesn’t mean we can work for them. How can you earn 100k dollars sitting in India? What about tax implications? It doesn’t work like that ! You need to be in that country legally to work there and earn in dollars
Big companies have the power to get you work Authorization if you have 5 +years of exp and skilled in something like software eng you can work from india to us just give a reason to hire you over the people in their own country by being that high skilled.
