    Kale is also rich in iron let's not forget that oh so important nutrient...
    Also chia, flax and hemp seeds have also omega 3..it doesn't always have to be meat..besides foods high in acidity are not helping acne neither...
    And chocolate is not healthy
    Spelt is better than oats
