I believe, based on comments I read on various videos a long time ago, that there's also Hindi dubs for Romeo's Blue Skies and Princess Sarah at least for Nippon's animation theater although they've been lost. Your probably thinking of the earlier Toei series and also possibly Bouken Nikki/Adventure Diary, which is a sequel to the series in the multilanguage. This multilanguage only focuses on the 1990 version

The Estonian version is the one I know. I like it much more than the others since it's much more calm, and nostalgic.
