For those who don’t know Japanese, here are the Japanese words’ meanings in the preview: 1:30 - Ohayo Gozaimasu means ‘Good Morning’ 1:33 - いち に eee (Ichi=One and Ni = Two) 1:39 - です (Desu) formal way of saying ‘My name is’ 1:43 - 皆さんようこそ(Minnasan Youkoso) means ‘Welcome Everyone’ 1:45 - ここ(Koko) means Here. Though in this lyric, it means “This is BABYMON WORLD” Take care out there fellow MONSTIEZ😈🤙🏼
Yeah i think its a mixture of that song and a nursery rhyme song, Mary had a littke lamb.. its fun tho and i like it.. my guess is correct indeed its a japanese song, well kinda-ush but still i liked it so much. ❤❤❤
Oh right! Thanks! 🙏 I recognize the nursery rhyme song but I forgot the name😅 Glad you like it too and it is indeed a fun song to listen! I’m a bit worried since I’ve been seeing everyone’s thoughts and so far this song has mix opinions. Can’t wait to hear the full song!
@@AdarrCP4 well, we cannot please everybody... we all have different tastes. Maybe the song didnt grow on them now but soon it will grow on them. But for me i liked it.
@@norfadlynadzimuddin6334 I agree with you. The Babymonster Japan Online shop are already selling Woke Up in Tokyo merch! I would not be surprise if we have an MV for this.
Great Reaction AdarrCP4! This is such an amazing side of RUKA and ASA also showing the World their real names! And a big fan of Tokyo Drift! And Billionaire tomorrow! At this point YG is just having fun releasing the songs in no particular order! Also heads up Rose’ and Bruno Mars dropping a song 11:00pm Central about 1:00pm KST! Thank for all the cool info!🤘🙏🏻
Thank you! I wasn’t really expecting this kind of kawaii(cute) concept however this actually shows their personality especially both J-line members like this cute stuffs. I think they might have purposely showed Woke Up in Tokyo first and saved Love in my Heart next week since J-Line are involved in both songs with the lyrics. And thanks for the heads up, I’m definitely on the look out for Rose’s song with Bruno Mars🤩 Can’t wait for Billionare later~~~
Hey Adarr, Great to see you again. Love your reactions. I'm hearing that this is Japanese hip hop. Can you confirm or deny this claim? Yes, Tokyo Drift and Mary Had A Little Lamb sampled. Speaking of their concert, I heard YG is negotiating with the Tokyo Dome. Have you heard anything? Bob from LA
Hi Bob! Hope you’re taking care of yourself. Yes! This is Japanese Hip hop and they also added ‘Gyaru’(ギャル) or ‘gal’ culture in Japan. I recognize the Tokyo Drift part and the nursery rhyme too! There are no official news related to YG negotiating with Tokyo Dome yet. Though Tokyo Dome is one of the biggest dome arenas in Japan, holding a maximum capacity of 55,000 people. If YG is able to successfully negotiate with Tokyo Dome management, BABYMONSTER will be one of the fastest K-POP groups to perform there and during their early stages of their career.
@@mtbwithtfb I think so. Based on my observations, Babymonster is really popular here in Japan. Over a month ago, I saw their group photo as soon as you step in front of entrance of the Adidas shop since they have a collaboration. Their popularity is increasing as well, so over time they would most likely have a big fanbase here. Japan tends to be in the top countries on consuming the K-POP market. Hence, why K-POP groups will have their own exclusive Japan fan membership just like how YG Ent. recently created one for Babymonster. Not to mention, YG Ent. loves sending their artists here for a fanmeeting or concerts with additional shows since most of the time it’s sold out.
I think kiki can have a few different meanings, but I think laughing at something is the main one. BP have used it before in lyrics: Really believe you can beat me? Believe me, we be like kiki

Ruka about to slay 2nd part when full song comes out🔥😈
It's like a nursery rhyme x tokyo drift and they seem to be going for cute and fun.
